Introducing Rubbee & Co.

Rubbee is a leadership and executive coach with 15+ years of experience in healthcare from startups like Color Health to multi national companies such as Medtronic and McKesson.  She has held leadership positions across finance, marketing, and business operations, but her all-time favorite role so far is Mom aka co-CEO and COO of the Myggen Family. In this position, she has had the most personal and professional growth. Deciding it was time to create the life she had always dreamed of, she started Rubbee & Co., a leadership consulting firm that transforms ideas into reality through thoughtful coaching and tailored consulting engagements.  Rubbee & Co was born out of the desire to not only make an impact in the lives of her clients but also be present in the care of her two young children. 

Rubbee honors her values of family, learning, community, nature and service both in and out of Rubbee & Co. She  serves as the Board President at the Scandinavian School and Cultural Center, a non-profit organization that inspires lifelong experiential learning. She is also a Consulting Collaborator at Equilibrium Collaborative, a community of professionals that create meaningful impact. In her free time, she enjoys family bike rides in San Francisco, observing her kids’ “firsts”, getting lost in a book, and yoga.
